PROJECT MANAGER / FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

  • Oversee all phases of roofing/sheet metal projects
  • Daily site visits

OUTSIDE SALES - RESIDENTIAL

    • Prior success calling on building owners/property managers and homeowners in highly competitive market
    • Possess strong closing skills
    • Willing to prospect
    • Good phone and computer skills required

     

    HEALTH & SAFETY DIRECTOR

  • Develop, implement and maintain all risk mgt, safety operations and field safety training courses for multiple companies at various locations
  • Serve as risk-manager to achieve premium reduction through aggressive claims mgt and specific training
  • Integral partner with captive insurance program to share best practices and training of group members
  • Visit job sites to ensure compliance of OSHA and company's stringent safety regulations, correct deficiencies, write disciplinary action reports, and examine equipment
  • Investigate and report all work-related accidents and injuries
  • Administer oral drug tests
  • Create and/or revise safety handbook
  • Provide timely feeback of field compliance issues, work-related accidents, and other pertinent safety details to all levels of mgt

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree. Degree in safety a plus
  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in safety or related fields
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Strong training background required
  • Ability to travel - 20-25%
  • Ability to work at heights
